before every new project.
We've gathered the most common questions about process, timelines and pricing — so you arrive at our conversation with even more clarity.
We start with the briefing and an alignment conversation. From there, we develop the preliminary study, the concept design, the executive project and the carpentry and lighting detailing — always with presentation and adjustment stages along the way.
It varies with size and complexity, but most residential projects take 2 to 4 months from briefing to executive project. Larger renovations and houses built from scratch can take longer, and we set a detailed schedule right at the start.
The studio is based in São Paulo, but we take on projects in other cities and states, with online meetings and site visits scheduled as each project requires.
After the briefing, we present a proposal with the full scope and total investment, calculated by size, complexity and level of detail. We don't charge a percentage of construction cost, so you know exactly what you're hiring from the start.
We offer construction oversight as a complementary stage, with periodic site visits and support to the execution team, to make sure every detail of the project is honored through to final delivery.
